Help Sense improve Personal Independence Payments

Have you applied for Personal Independence Payment (PIP)? If so the Sense Public Policy Team would like to hear from you.
We want to know about your experiences of the PIP application process. We have created a questionnaire asking you about your experiences of PIP.
If you complete it you will be helping us to influence the Government to improve how they assess deafblind people for benefits. The questionnaire will also help us give better advice to individual deafblind people about how to apply for PIP.
