Gift Aid declaration form
If you have made a donation in the past, or plan to make a donation in the future, Sense can reclaim Gift Aid on these for the past four years, until you notify us otherwise.
To reclaim, all you need to do is complete the Gift Aid declaration form below and send it to us.
Gift Aid does not cost you a penny more, but can add an additional 25p to every £1 you donate.
To qualify for Gift Aid, you have to have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and / or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities you donate to will reclaim on your donations for that tax year. Taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify.
