Your Rights, Your Say diary

Tell Sense what rights would most improve your life

Keep a Your Rights, Your Say diary to give Sense a better understanding of

  • your life and how deafblindness affects it
  • the things you want to be able to do
  • the things that make activities easier or harder for you
  • how getting around could be made easier for you
  • the changes that would improve your life
  • what you want Sense to do to improve your rights
  • what you would be happy to do to improve your rights yourself
  • how Sense could support you to take action to improve your rights.

Keep your diary for anything from just one day, or even just one journey, up to one week.

Be creative! Keep your diary in the way that suits you best – text, audio, video, pictures, etc. You could create your own blog (a public online diary), complete our online diary or you can download a Word version (below), which you can complete on screen or by hand.

Your diary will help Sense with the work we do to improve the rights of deafblind people and families. Please tell us how we may use the information in your diary. We will only use your diary for the purposes you agree to.

Please send us your diary as soon as possible.
