2. send a letter

Address it to your MP at The House of Commons, London, SW1A 0AA.

Keep your letter short and concise; one or two pages. You should say:

• what your problem with the current national concessionary bus travel permits is
• what changes you want to see
• that you would like your MP to put pressure on the government to make these changes
• that you would like a response.
